Chapter 1

Black and White

I only see the dark in this emptiness and yet I can escape to see him. It all started when I was playing a computer game. But how… we met was the … most… dark bliss… and yet so happy and sad… it was a typical Saturday morning when I was on my labtop talking to my best friend Jake English and to Dirk Striker who were both auguring and I had to get them to stop. When I did I got them to do a video chat with me so we could talk in person again because it’s been years seen I had seen them. I try to hide my black eye that my dad gave me with my makeup and of course English know I had one. Because I told him about it a few days ago. I asked them “So what was it this time that you guy had a fight about?” Jake replied “More Dirk fighting with his ex-girlfriends about his life.” And of course Dirk griped back “Not my fault they just get to bitchy. In which is not cool to me.” I replied “well then date the same sex idiot! No wonder Jake was arguing with you.” Jake replied “That’s what I told him but then he starts to bitch a about the whole bloody thing.” I hit my face with my hand and said “You guys are so wired.” Bam I look at my door and the guys seemed to be concerned about me as I looked at my locked door. I said “their home.” I just sat there with my head in my hand looking down as my dad started to bash on my door and I have 5 locks on my door to keep him out and my whole family too. My dad gave up after a while and I said “so did you guys get the game yet?” Jake replied “Yeah I did.” Dirk replied “Not yet I’m been busy taking care of my little bro.” “Okay then Jake let’s play. Oh and Dirk tell your bro I say hay and happy birth day k.” “Sound good to me.” Dirk got off line to watch his little brother Dave. I looked down and Jake looked at me as he said “you sure you want to play this?” “Yeah dude I want to get some motherfucking game playing in before I get attacked again okay…” “Alright. But if anything you need tell someone who can help you to get out of that house.” As we played for hours my family left the house as we started to play the Bata. My cat midnight started to purr on my lap as I started play. I could not find a weapon to use in my house, which sucks, I was halfway into the game and I see this mother fucking meteor heading for my house. “Oh fuck.” I race to my computer to tell English and I had my cat in my hands as Jake put my favorite dragon toy in to the sprit will I was trying to get everything all set my cat jumped in to the spirit and made a dragon cat sprit as my cat Midnight opened its black wings and rapped them around me as the meteor hit. I had my pars and my items all in them. I then see this wired place full of strange things and a guy, or at least I thought was a guy, with horns and looked like he just got out of bed. I pet my sprit as its head was on my shoulder purring at me. I got on his back because I had no weapon. (Yet anyway.) I started looking around with my pet to try and find any weapons I could use because my hole fucking house had to explode but I use some of my catalog cards to put my maniacal thing I had for a custom one year with my computer in which was a good Idea cause I was looking around forever and that fucking sucks! All of my stuff that was in my room is all over the place. I got off of midnight so he could rest but as soon as I got off my stomach growled. He got up and ran off after some animal. “No Midnight. To late he’s gone. Sigh…” English was pestering me and I answered him. “Oh bloody hell are you still alive woman!!?!?!??” I replied “I’m fine but Midnight ran off on his own.” L

Jake sigh in relief as he said “Okay ill see what I can do I’m just glad your all right. Sayuri.” For some reason I felt dizzy and so cold… I look in front of me to see that guy from be for looking at me as he said “Yo Uh YoU lIkE oKaY.” I looked at him and my body was so dazed I could even know what I was doing. I dropped my stuff and I just lead back and I blacked out as I heard him say “HeY lAdY!!!!”  The next thing I know I wake up on a pile of clown horns in a wired room with clown pitchers. I got up and I see my stuff on a table I starched and I looked down and I realized that my clothes were not my clothes but a t-shirt and my underwear. I blushed and see that this was that guy’s shirt. I was so lost but at least it covered my underwear and stopped at my knees. There was a bunch of faygo everywhere. Of all the flavors too which I thought was wired but not strange. I walked over to this pile of clubs and picked one up as I when over to the door. I went to the door and opened to heard that guy and what seemed like two others. “GOD DAMN IT GAMZEE DO YOU REALIZE WHAT YOU HAVE OR COULD HAVE STARTED!!!!!!” “Tthii2 nott good. Nott good att all.” “CaLm MoThErFuCkInG dOwN gUyS sHe Is ReAlLy FoOd dEpRiVeD. ShE pAsSeD oUt.” “OK THEN WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO YOUR GODDAMN HORNS!!!!!” BAM I hit the guy called Gamzee on the head and was really scared. “Ohh 2hiit!!” I yelled at them “YOU all have 10 seconds to explain where the fuck I am and where are my clothes!” I was shaking and crying I was so scared. The guy I high got up and said “Ow ThAt FuCkEn HuRt.” He put his hand up and looked at me and smiled as he said “Oh ThAnK MoThErFuCkInG GoG yOuR OkAy! YoU fElL bAcK oFf A cLiFf In To ThE oCeAn.” I looked really irritated as I looked at his smiling face. He stopped smiling when he saw my face makeup was coming undone. He put a towel over me and pushed the other two outside and looked at me. He climbed these shelves and came back with my bag. All of a sudden he used the towel on me and removed my makeup. He could see all my bourse and my black eyes. He flipped the towel over and rubbed his face with it too. As his face came out of the towel and I see a black eye and a bourse under his left chick. I stared to be calm as he looked straight at me. I put my hand on his left chick and he put his hand on my face. He said “I know what it’s like to get hurt by the people who were supposed to protect you…” he handed me my bag and asked “Um WoUlD yOu PlEaSe PaInT mY fAcE aGaIn?” I pull out my makeup kit and started painting the face that had no bourses on him at all. He put his head one my shoulder as he said “YoU cAn UsE tHaT sHiRt If YoU wAnT wHiLe YoUr ClOtHs DrY.” I put my makeup back on and said “to him they can come back in if you want…” he brought them back in. one of them was a kid and the other was like me and Gamzee age. Gamzee said “ShE aLl GoOd MoThErFuCkErS.” The kid came up to me first and I looked back at him as he said “SHE HAS NO HORNS.” The one with the three-D glass said “KK don’t ii2aiilltt the lady.” Gamzee picked up the kid and said “ThIs LiTtLe MoThErFuCkEr IS kArKaT.” “AHHH GAMZEE LET GO OF ME.” I petted Karkat’s head. In an instant he calmed down and started purring. “Wow II’ve never 2een him like that. Any way Ii’m 2olluxx.” I put Karkat in my lap and said “Karkat reminds me of these four kids I use to watch when they all lived together in my neighborhood.” I made him fall asleep in my lap. I smiled and said “My name is Sayuri and it’s nice to meet all of you.” Karkat just curled up on my lap as he opened his eyes. I was still petting him. “WHERE ARE YOU FROM LADY?” I smiled and thought for a minute and said “Oh shit my friend I was playing online with him when I came here!!!!” I rummaged thought my bag and found my eye piece. “Jake you there! Dirk!” they both answered and said “Sayuri!” Jake asked “Where in blazes are you?” Dirk asked unconcerned “Yo like we can’t find you or see you anymore!?” “Sorry but you guys would not believe where I am.” I slowly explained to them what had happened and I got them in side of the game and was able to get some help from the troll to get them to where I was at. Jake and Dirk saw me just Chilin in Gamzee’s lags while he was eating a slim pie. I was petting Karkat as he was watching me do stuff on my computer. Jake said “Well you seem to be okay.” I smiled and its been weeks since I had smiled as I said “what’s up?” they sat in front of me as I put my labtop away. Karkat was just playing with my hair. Jake said “So what are these guys anyway?” Gamzee said with his smile “We ArE MoThErFuCkEn TrOlLs! HoNk” Dirk said “Well I can’t stay long. Dave gets out of school soon.” “So how is it taking care of Dave on your own?” I asked as Dirk smiled as he said “Not as bad as it seems. He’s getting better with his ninja skills.” Jake rolled his eyes as he said “I still say you should have waited till he was a little older for that kind of stuff.” I replied with a laugh “Really this is the guy that thinks he is a badass at everything but not getting a girlfriend to stay with him.” Dirk seems irritated but ignored my comment as he said “Haha very funny.” Gamzee looked at my neck and whispered in my ear “you missed a spot on your neck…” I blushed again and asked “Um where is the bathroom here Gamzee?” he pointed to the direction of the bathroom that I went to. I got my neck and headed back. Gamzee stood up and I smiled at him but then I heard a deep growling I slowly turned as the other guys stood up. I looked to see this goatfish thing growling at me down the hallway I just stood there frozen as it charged at me. It was going to bit my body in two but then I see a fist come out of nowhere hitting it back to the end of the hall. I look to see Gamzee who was holding me close to him as he yelled “DaD yOu CaN fUcKeN kIlL hEr!!!!!” As he growled back at him I was blushing and smiling cause I felt save in his arms for some reason. He picked me and Karkat up and put us on his clown horn pile as he said to the others “GeT yOu MoThErFuCkEn AsS iN mY RoOm! NoW!” they all came in and Gamzee locked it from the inside but he was outside of the door. I put Karkat down I ran to the door. I tried to open it but I didn’t have the key. “Gamzee!” I said I was really worried about him. I could hear yelling and fighting. I was banging on the door trying to get it open. Dirk came over with his pocket knife and I moved as he picked it open I ran out there as I see him fighting his dad. He throw Gamzee in to the wall I knew he was done for the count trying to get up to protected me. I ran over to him as his dad came at me he tried to bite me I said “Has-been of a father!!!” I hit his nose with my foot hitting his head up word and I held Gamzee’s head in my lap. I don’t know why but my eyes had tears coming down hitting his face. His Dad came back to get me. Then all of a sudden a woman that looked like Gamzee came in and they started fighting each other and she came in with Midnight. Midnight came over I put Gamzee on his back and got on as he jumped over to the opened door which was Gamzee’s room. Dirk relocked the door and midnight laid down as I put Gamzee Down on to the floor.  Sollux picked up Karkat “Ii thiink wee 2hould leave KK.” Jake looked at me and tapped Dirk shoulder pointing to the window “We’ll go to. So well see you later.” As they left I put my hands on his face I see the blood coming out of his nose and his mouth. I see a towel and cleaned off his makeup I see the new black eye and claw marks. Midnight became a shadow into the floor and went under the door and came back with my bag. I look in my bag for whips because I would us though’s when I was all bloody and beaten up. I cleaned off the blood from his nose as is was going to touch his lips with the whip he grabbed my wrist and I see his eyes. “WhY wOuLd YoU cOmE tO hElP mE?” he said as he just looked at me. I said “I had to. You are the only one who knows my pain for real.” As we cleaned off each other’s makeup I hear the door open and Gamzee pulled my close as he glared at the door. I hear a woman’s footsteps he stopped glaring as he said “Hi… MoM…” he let go of me and I see her smiling and holding something as she said “WeLl YoUr FaThEr IsN’t PlEaSeD wItH A hUmAn GiRl HeRe BuT i ThInK hE’lL lEaVe ThAt Up To YoU. HeRe I bElIeVe ThAt ThEsE cLoThS aRe YoUr.” She laid my clothes next to me. Gamzee’s Mom left the room and Gamzee turned around as I started changing back in to my own clothes. I taped his shoulder he turned around as I gave him back his shirt.
